By accessing or using Altar & Archive (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Altar & Archive provides wedding website templates and planning tools. We offer a preview state and paid editorial edits with varying features as described on our pricing page.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, guest information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it as part of your wedding website. We will never sell or share your personal content.

5. Payments

Paid plans are one-time purchases. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we'll make it right.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
